A Mission Dedicated to Solidarity and Well-being<\/b><\/h3>\n

In July 2026, the association <\/span><\/span><\/span>Esp\u00e9rance de Vie<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>, based in the municipality of Daloa, organized a major socio-educational and therapeutic mission supporting women and young girls across both local community settings and correctional facilities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The mission focused on two essential pillars for empowerment and personal growth:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Dance-Rhythm- Therapy:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> A dedicated space for physical expression, emotional relief, and mental well-being.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    1. Warm Welcome and Institutional Engagement in Daloa<\/b><\/h3>\n

    From day one, field visits reflected a strong spirit of community and solidarity, notably through meaningful exchanges with women’s associations in the <\/span><\/span><\/span>Kennedy 2<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> neighborhood.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Led by <\/span><\/span><\/span>Esp\u00e9rance de Vie<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>, the mission also established strong institutional connections:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

      Municipal Audience:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> A constructive meeting with the 1st Deputy Mayor of the municipality of Daloa.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Penitentiary Administration:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> A working session with the Deputy Commander of the Daloa Civil Prison and the Director of Prison Social Services.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Local Partnerships:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> Support from local businesses (notably <\/span><\/span><\/span>DM Afrique<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span> and <\/span><\/span><\/span>Boulangerie Prince<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span>), which assisted with logistics by donating supplies, T-shirts, and meals.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Orly Neighborhood (Gnouweita Association):<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> Massive turnout of young girls for <\/span><\/span><\/span>dance-rhythm- therapy. To bridge language barriers, live interpretation into <\/span><\/span><\/span>Dioula<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> was introduced to translate song lyrics and facilitate self-expression.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Abattoir 2 \/ Dar Es Salam Neighborhood (Femmes Battantes Association):<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> A festive closing ceremony featuring traditional dance, a tour of the literacy classroom provided by the Principal of the Dar Es Salam High School, and donations of supplies and food from <\/span><\/span><\/span>Esp\u00e9rance de Vie<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> and the volunteer team.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
